Distance Reiki works at the energetic level — gently releasing blockages, restoring natural flow, and supporting the body’s own capacity to heal. Distance is not a limitation. Energy is not bound by physical space, and sessions conducted remotely are consistently as powerful as those done in person.

- Persistent physical tension or discomfort without clear medical cause
- Emotional heaviness, low energy, or feeling chronically depleted
- Disrupted sleep and an inability to truly rest
- Recovery support — post-surgery, post-illness, or after emotional trauma

What to expect:
Sessions are held online, at a time that suits your schedule and time zone. During the session, you simply rest — lying down or seated comfortably — while I work energetically on your behalf. Many clients feel warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, or emotional release during the session itself. Others notice the shifts in the hours and days that follow.
