Hypnosis is simply a state of relaxed focus, sometimes called a trance state. It is a natural state. In fact, each of us enters such a state, at least twice a day: once when we are falling asleep, and once when we are waking up. That kind of fuzzy, timeless state between dreaming and awake is a trance state.

Hypnotherapy is the process of using hypnosis to interact with the subconscious mind in an open-reflective process to create positive change in your life. For Hypnotherapy to be successful, there must be (1) a strong desire to change, (2) a state of deeply relaxed focus, and (3) language and visualization in relationship to emotions.

There is a myth that hypnosis sends you to sleep, in fact, it does quite the opposite. It stirs up and wakes up your mind and enhances focus.

Serious psychiatric or mental health problems are referred to a qualified psychotherapist or psychiatrist. Medical problems with the physical body must always be treated by a physician, Drug addiction, family dynamics disorders, clinical depression, and other such problems need to be treated by doctors and psychiatrists, who can, at their discretion, prescribe hypnotherapy as a supplementary treatment. Note that hypnosis is a healing modality that works alongside, not instead of medical care.

This is a myth. You always have control, and you can always hear what’s going on. Hypnosis is nothing but a state of relaxed deep focus. If at any time you are in trance and you wish to be fully awake, you can just count to yourself “1 – 2- 3” and open your eyes.

No. Your subconscious mind will make that decision for you. You will only remember various past life memories when you are ready to receive the information. Your subconscious mind chooses the ones that are of the highest benefit for you during your regression.

Since this is deeply spiritual and healing work, I ask that you refrain from alcohol for at least 24-48 hrs prior to our session. You will also need to ensure that you can be completely undisturbed for the duration of the session and wear comfortable clothes so you can relax fully. I also recommend you clear your calendar at least 30mins after our session for integration.
