I’ve been where you are. And I found a way through.

My name is Sonia Kapasi. And the work I do today was born from the moment I hit my own invisible wall — and decided, once and for all, to find out what was really behind it.

I grew up in Mumbai, India — bright, curious, and endlessly energetic. I did everything right. I was the kind of person people called ‘lucky’ — good at studies, full of life, seemingly confident. But underneath, there were things I had absorbed without knowing it. Stories about money. About worthiness. About how much space I was allowed to take up.

I didn’t know I was carrying them. Most of us don’t.

In 2008, my husband, son, and I immigrated to Canada. And in 2012, everything came to a head. A personal crisis cracked me open — emotionally, financially, physically. I felt my world collapsing. And somewhere in the wreckage, I heard something: a quiet voice saying, ‘It is time. Step into a new life.’

I listened.

The journey that changed everything

What followed was a deep, often surprising, journey into healing — past life regression in India, breathwork, meditation, and eventually the discovery of gifts I hadn’t known I had. Gifts that had been there all along, waiting for me to stop running from them.

I trained under Dr. Brian Weiss — one of the world’s leading authorities on Past Life Regression. I was privately mentored by Sheila Gillette and the 12 Archangels known as THEO — a relationship that deepened my ability to work at the level of the soul, not just the mind.

And slowly, as I healed — everything around me began to shift. My relationships. My confidence. My business. My relationship with money. The invisible ceiling I hadn’t even realized was there — it was gone.

That transformation is what I now dedicate my life to helping others experience.

What I know now — and what I want you to know

You are not broken. You are not weak. You are not behind.

You are carrying programming that was installed long before you had any say in the matter. Experiences, beliefs, and emotional patterns that were absorbed in childhood — and that have been quietly running your life ever since.

The work we do together goes to the root of those patterns and releases them — permanently. Not by talking about them endlessly. Not by pushing harder. But by going directly to where they live and setting them free.

I have sat with thousands of people across Canada, India, the UAE, and around the world. Executives, entrepreneurs, parents, healers, skeptics, seekers. And in every session, in every honest moment of letting go — I see the same thing.
