What a session looks like:
Your first session begins with a conversation — I want to understand not just what you want to change, but what has been underneath it. From there, we move into the hypnotherapy itself — a deeply relaxing experience that most clients describe as one of the most peaceful hours they’ve had in years.
You will be completely aware throughout. You cannot be made to say or do anything against your will. Many clients feel a noticeable shift even before the session ends.
